El referente de la entidad humana, su dignidad y diversidad ante los derechos de ciudadanía

Resumen: El referente ilustrado sobre la perfectibilidad, autodeterminación y libertad humana fue quebrado dentro de la construcción del patriarcado moderno para la mitad femenina de la especie. El discurso inicial para la emancipación de las mujeres y el acceso a los derechos de ciudadanía, mediado el siglo XIX, tuvo a la vista aquellas perspectivas y por eso adquiere su dimensión integral cuando se descifra desde sus propias claves. El mismo discurso, herederos todos de luces ilustradas, estuvo implícito en otras movilizaciones paralelas: obreros, antiesclavistas… etc.
El discurso desde “la identidad humana”, su dignidad y derecho a encontrar en sociedad los medios, es en nuestros tiempos la mejor herramienta para fundamentar y sostener los derechos y libertades inherentes a todo ser humano, recogerlos en las leyes y costumbres, garantizarlos desde el funcionamiento de los Estados.
Este ángulo de visión respeta la identidad humana en su diversidad de capacidades, actitudes y manifestaciones siendo patrimonio natural de la humanidad.
The enlightened benchmark for perfectibility, self-determi-nation and human liberty was broken in the construction of modern-day patriarchy for the female half of the species. The initial discourse on female emancipation and access to citizens’ rights during the middle of the 19th century entertained those same ideas and therefore acquires its full di-mension when deciphered using its own codes. The same discourse, with everyone receiving the legacy of the enlightenment, was implicit in other parallel movements: workers, anti-slavery, etc.
Discourse arising from “human identityâ€, its dignity and right to find the means in society is currently the best tool on which to base and uphold the inherent rights and freedoms possessed by all humanity, enshrined in laws and customs, and guaranteed in the workings of the States.
This perspective respects human identity in its diverse capacities, attitu-des and manifestations, this being the natural heritage of humanity.
