Resumen: El mal moral y la violencia han formado parte de la historia del hombre y de ello se ha ocupado la Filosofía y el Derecho. Tanto el papel desempeñado por la razón y la utopía como el tratamiento otorgado por el Derecho y las Instituciones son claves para comprender el peso del mal y el uso de la violencia en el pasado, presente y futuro.
The moral evil and violence have been part of human history and it has dealt Philosophy and Law. Both the role played by reason and utopia as the treatment accorded by the law and the institutions are key to understanding the weight of evil and the use of violence in the past, present and future.
