[Teacher's strategies and pedagogical mediation through the development, management and generation of learning and practice communities in order to guarantee individual, collaborative, meaningful and lifelong learning, within the framework of the Master's Degree in ICT Pedagogy is the meaning of this analytical exercise. Two seminars within a Masters in Pedagogy of the ICT are valued from their pedagogical architectures to validate if they actively enabled the learning. The analysis was made from the follow-up to the didactics that they used and it was found that both had in common the transit of Communities of learning to Communities of practice. It was found that these didactics focused on the development of methods, techniques, orientations, activities, tasks, and information management that sought to parallel individual and collaborative capacities. In both cases, the action of the teacher as a guide, moderator, the active modification of the student in his role, and the use of technological mediations that fostered new forms of communication and interaction, were key to enhance learning.]
